Ad Age Names Carmichael Lynch a 2019 Best Place to Work

Ad Age has named Carmichael Lynch one of its 2019 Best Places to Work.

The annual ranking includes the top 50 marketing companies that are ahead of the pack when it comes to factors like benefits, inclusion and employee development.

Carmichael Lynch strives to build an inclusive culture that fosters collaboration. The agency has numerous internal initiatives dedicated to creating an environment that is diverse, equitable and racially, ethnically and culturally aware.

Companies named to Ad Age’s Best Places to Work reflect those with the highest overall numerical scores based on an analysis of questionnaires submitted by employers and survey responses from thousands of their employees.

“Top-ranked companies make an effort to show that they care about employees’ professional and personal futures. Leaders who put people first ensure that benefits, perks, environment and culture will foster an experience that supports both career and personal growth,” according to Ad Age.

The scoring system factored in six key satisfaction areas: employee benefits, company culture, employee development, company environment, employee engagement and employee perks.

Carmichael Lynch is the only Minneapolis agency to make this year’s list.
