Carmichael Lynch won the Agency Vanguard Award at the 2018 IPG Inclusion Awards, with special recognition for the agency’s recruiting director Ed Huerta-Margotta as an Agency Vanguard Leader. The Agency Vanguard Award recognizes an agency and its leadership for the implementation of a strategic plan to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, with senior executive participation and thoughtful programs aimed at driving measurable results. Huerta-Margotta was recognized for his efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the company.
The IPG Inclusion Awards recognize measurable progress, excellence and commitment of IPG employees and agencies to diversity and inclusion. Previously, Carmichael Lynch was named Agency Champion of Inclusion at the IPG Inclusion Awards three years in a row. Huerta-Margotta was recognized as Chief Diversity Officer/Human Resources Leader of the Year in 2016
