Carol is the agency’s Director of Multicultural Strategy and Inclusion. In her role, she’s responsible for developing business strategy, infrastructure and implementation of equity efforts across the agency’s portfolio of clients as well as the agency.
Carol’s commitment to bringing diversity and representation together in ways that benefit both people and brands is a thread evident in the work she’s done throughout her nearly two-decade career. Prior to joining Carmichael Lynch, Carol was at IPG Mediabrands, where she was the Vice President, Executive Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and also led Ulta Beauty’s successful strategy and investment into the competitive multicultural space during her time at the agency.
Earlier in her career she led marketing initiatives for Time Warner (U.S., Latin America and United Kingdom), Mattel, Meredith Corporation, NBC Universal and The Economist, and led national Diversity and Equity efforts for Teach for America.
