ALLOY
More than 30% of our agency is actively involved in our ALLOY committee, with the mission to expose and educate teams on the vast collage of cultures, experiences and abilities of our employees to further build an inclusive environment.
We build enduring relationships between people and brands by executing what we call Unfair Ideas.
Unfair Ideas do more with less. They're contagious. They get talked about. Wherever we tell a brand's story - whether in paid, earned, shared or owned media - Carmichael Lynch Relate creates highly original work that gives consumers new ways to understand, embrace and experience your brand.
In order to create these unfair ideas, we strive to keep our people inspired, engaged and filled with restless curiosity.
The marketing communications discipline is constantly evolving, and so must our teams.
For that reason, we invest in employees' ongoing professional development with our HeadRush Program, our firm's "mind altering channel for professional development that provides funds annual per employee for professional dues, memberships, conferences and continuing education.
The program allows employees and supervisors to identify career goals, discuss personal performance and identify areas for growth, resulting in an annual work plan that they execute against the available HeadRush funding and opportunities.
Diversity and Inclusion is built into the DNA of Carmichael Lynch Relate from the top down. With vested interest from the executive team and engaged employees, our efforts are regularly tested, shared and celebrated within our agency’s walls. And with every year, its importance only grows as we continue to learn and evolve.
